I saw Alan for lip filler and the experience couldnt have been better. I've never gotten any sort of work done before and was very nervous about doing too much or something going wrong, but he carefully explained everything to me and was very receptive towards what I wanted. He injected carefully and altered his approach based on my needs and the specific characteristics of my natural lips. The women at the front desk were equally kind and helpful. Ive wanted to get a rhinoplasty done for over 10 years. The older I got, the more the features I disliked became pronounced. I had met with a few other surgeons and they were polite but I wasnt 100% sold on them. I researched the best rhinoplasty surgeons and I found Dr. Shah and scheduled the consultation. We went over what I didnt like and he took 3D pictures and was able to show me the after pictures (which helped immensely, knowing that we both were seeing the same end result) and scheduled the surgery that day. I had the surgery about 2 months later. The recovery was WAY EASIER than I expected. I already loved my nose at the cast removal and its only gotten better!! My incision sites were pretty red at the cast removal and he took one look and told me I was allergic to the topical antibiotic (news to me lol) and he was of course exactly correct. It was such a positive experience that Im considering having him do one other thing thats always bothered me. Hes definitely a pro and his staff was nothing but warm and helpful!!

I went to Dr. Shah a few weeks ago for an osteoma removal. I had had the osteoma for over 10 years, and it grew exceedingly larger over the past few years to the point I was SO self conscious. Dr. Shah removed it with no issues, no scarring, and truly made me feel so comfortable with my face again! He was very open and honest with me during the consultation, and when I was there in person for the procedure, he was wonderful. He really cares about his patience and has the goal of making people feel happier/more comfortable with themselves again. I healed wonderfully and truly could not be happier with the results!! HIGHLY recommend him for anything you are considering!

Even for smaller procedures like fixing asymmetry with neuromodulators, there is absolutely no one I would trust more than Dr. Shah and his staff. Never wasting my time again with med spas. If you want pro results, you go to professional who understand anatomy. Ive learned this the hard way.

Dr. Shah and his staff are awesome. They could use a bit of organizational skills, as they missed several virtual appointments however, considering theyre moving offices its not a huge deal. Overall Dr. Shah did an amazing job on my daughters rhinoplasty and gave her exactly what she wanted. Surgery went very smoothly. His anesthesiologist and nurses are all wonderful. Immediately following the surgery and after watching the Instagram video of my daughters nose, I was terrified.. It appeared as though her nose had been completely botched. After the cast was removed her nose looked even scarier, but they reassured us its swelling which will all settle with time. Its been 2 months and the swelling is completely gone and her nose is pretty darn close to perfect! Im glad we waited before getting all upset about premature results. Dr. Shah also performed surgery on several people I know and their results were the reason we chose to go with him. Hes a great doctor. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering a rhinoplasty!

I woke up one morning with symptoms of Alopecia Areata. After spending many hours researching for a treatment, I decided to make a consultation at Shah Aesthetics. Now, two months after my treatments, I'm finally leaving the house without a hat.
It was only a few days after myfirst treatment that I noticed my hair was growing back. I would describe my condition as severe because I had many patches of hair loss and one 5-inch patch just behind my hairline. I was anxious to get my confidence back. Seeing Dr. Chughtai & Dr. Shah was a miracle for me. Medical assistant, Delia, and everyone at the clinic is such a blessing! Because this is a life-long autoimmune disorder, I will be sure to continue my treatments as needed, and most importantly, to de-stress. Thank you sincerely, to everyone.
To go in detail about the experience, my two treatments were 4 weeks apart: PRP and steroid (kenalog) injections . Both were done on separate days to help reactivate the hair follicles. During my consultation we talked about how this condition might have been triggered, my health, physical activities, and blood-work. My blood work showed that it was not hereditary Alopecia, but that it was stress-related (one month before the start of my hair loss, I was feeling emotionally depressed every other weekend - this was triggering my future hair loss).
Dr. Chughtai and Delia emphasized the importance of de-stressing. I also took two weeks off from work to manage my emotions and to learn to accept this disorder. It was a terrifying wake-up call for me - I never knew emotions could affect the body so much, physically. Now, I'm managing my emotions much better, and my hair is quickly growing back thanks to Dr. Chughtai & Dr. Shah.

I feel this a bit premature but my results are so unbelievably incredible already I really felt compelled to write this review about my experience with Dr. Shah and his staff so far. I'll keep it short here but will post a more in-depth review on RealSelf.
I sought Dr. Shah for a Rhinoplasty and I'd been following his work for several years, and after witnessing a friends recent positive experience with him, I decided to take the leap. Both of my virtual and in-person consultations were on-time and efficient. For my in-person consultation, I visited the new office on Superior st. and despite the chaos of the ongoing construction for its final finishes, it was gorgeous and staff made the visit seamless. *Since my first visit to my follow-up, the construction made a lot of progress so it should not be a concern*
I had a thorough rhinoplasty--alar base reduction, septoplasty, tip-plasty, and the whole bone and graft deal. From the day of surgery to my 1wk follow-up, there were easy instructions available and everything went smoothly. As I write this review, I am 11-days post-op and my results are absolutely incredible! I have minimal to no scarring, and my swelling is barely noticeable. I know it is still very early, but I can't really see anything that could go wrong from here. My nose looks as if I was born with it and my entire experience with Dr. Shah and his staff has been great. Naturally I was weary and concerned with some of the disparaging reviews, but in my personal experience, I have zero complaints and its the best $$$$ I could've spent. I would say that I would recommend him to my friends, but I don't have to because they were sold once they saw my results.

I live in NJ/NYC area and flew to Chicago for this chin implant surgery because of Dr. Anil Shah's credentials and reputation. I did my due diligence and believe he could help me achieve my goals. Before the surgery, Dr. Anil Shah did a comprehensive digital review of my face and determined the appropriate size of the implant. ( I had a large square chin implant)
The staff and nurse are very professional and they made me feel relaxed. The surgery was quick and painless. I was surprised that I even did not need to take painkillers that much. ( I only took 4 pills Tylenol since the surgery ). This just shows Dr. Anil Shah is highly skilled and experienced on facial surgery.

I had rhinoplasty done in 2016, had a huge dorsal hump and lot of fat in the front of my nose. Dr. Anil Shah and the people who work there took GREAT care of me, his technology that he used then was great to show me EXACTLY what my nose would like like after the surgery, and it came out exactly like it did in the photos. Im here now almost 4 years after my surgery and still LOVE my nose. Best decision Ive ever made, they take great care of you here, this isnt a place where they just want your money, do a procedure, then forget about you. They genuinely want the best for you, care a lot about their patients, and are all very friendly. If I ever feel the need for another facial surgery, Im definitely coming back.

Dr. Shah is undoubtedly one of the best plastic surgeons anywhere. I am so blessed that his practice is located in Chicago, only two hours away from me. I had a full facelift and neck lift and he told me what i needed and with his excellent attention to detail performed a meticulous procedure , which turned out beautifully beyond any expectations. He has a great personality and bedside manner. He let me do the procedure under local anesthetic which worked out beautifully because it made my recovery a lot easier. The follow up appointments were very helpful and the stitches were removed easily and aftercare was fully explained to me. Dr Shah was great with his encouragement and to make sure the healing process was going well. Let me just start off by saying Dr Anil Shah is great! He actually cares to listen to what you have to say and what you need. I had to get my nose fixed because a previous unskilled surgeon messed up my breathing. He took his time explaining what is going to happen during the surgery and what I should expect. The morphs he creates gives you a great sense of hope, especially because he actually delivers those results. My healing time was barely anything and I was not even in pain at all. I recently had a hair transplant procedure with Dr. Shah and his team and I have to say that it was an awesome experience. Dr. Shah and his wife, Dr. Chughtai, were with me every step of the way. Even a couple of weeks after the surgery, I got a call from his office seeing how I was doing. And the recovery has been going amazingly. I'm only a month in, but I'm noticing a difference! Staff is very friendly and pleasant to work with. Dr. Shah did an excellent job on my nose and was able to recognize the source of one issue when my nose was crooked about 6 weeks after the surgery. He was able to fix the problem on the spot. My recovery has been very easy overall with minimal pain and only slight soreness. I have noticed a difference in my nose and with the swelling. I feel comfortable and very trusting of Dr. Shah as he is obviously very knowledgeable and personable.

I wanted to inquire about a laser treatment to wake up my skin. Had a consultation with Ranen and she suggested Morpheus 8. She impressed me with her knowledge about the treatment and assured me it was the best treatment for my skin. I purchased a set of 3 along with skincare and couldnt be happier! I couldnt be happier with the way I look. 2 years ago I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty by Dr. Shah. He did an outstanding job. He fit the nose to my face and it looks super natural. Friends I made post surgery are shocked when I say I had my nose done. His staff and himself are so friendly, welcoming, caring and will do anything to make sure you are happy with the results. Doctor Shah did my rhinoplasty and I am so in love with my new nose. It's only been 1 month since my surgery and my nose is still a little swollen but it looks so cute already. I was very hesitant and scared leading up to surgery after reading the reviews posted on the internet about Dr. Shah. I told myself that there are probably always going to be unhappy customers and likely also people just out to sabotage. I was right. I had rhinoplasty and neck liposuction about 2 weeks ago and I could not be happier with the entire experience. I wanted to do this surgery my whole life and finally decided on Dr. Shah.
Before I had the surgery, I told Dr. Shah what I wanted, which was a drastic change. He made no empty promises and explained that he may not be able to do exactly what I wanted. He did make me feel like he understood what I was going for and told me he would do his best to achieve it. He even met with me a second time, free of charge, to make sure we were on the same page.
Before and after surgery, the staff from Dr. Shah's office was extremely helpful and nice. Heather, the scheduler, is one of the most amazing people at their job I have ever met. If you ever have any questions, they will respond timely via email or phone. My dad probably called 5 times in one day and Heather never got impatient with him. There are clear instructions on what to do and they send you a video every day explaining what to expect post surgery. This was so helpful during recovery when the days go by slowly. When I went back in to get my stitches out and almost fainted, the staff was quick to respond and very nice. I never felt an ounce of frustration.
Just 2 weeks after surgery, I am so happy with my results already. Even though he didn't promise he could do exactly what I wanted, he actually did. Every day I am happier and happier when I look in the mirror with what he has done. When I say exactly, I really mean it. He made me look exactly how I wanted and I finally feel beautiful. His bedside manner is also exceptional. I've actually never had a doctor make me feel so good when I leave the office.
The only negative I can say is that when you go in, there is always a long wait. But hey... he's busy for a reason, and what's a little extra time for the best? Don't believe the negative reviews. If you are ready to make a change, I highly recommend Dr. Shah!!

It has been 2 months since my rhinoplasty and I could not be more happy. In my search I saw 5 different doctors and glad I picked Dr. Shah. I saw the reviews that were not in his favor and honestly do not understand it. He definitely takes the time to go over exactly what you want before your surgery and surgery day. I am very very pleased with my nose
Just had my rhinoplasty/septoplasty done on Monday and I'm hoping for the best outcome. The whole process has been weird because of covid. But surgery day was ok, weird that there was no follow-up call. For all the money spent you'd think it'd be a bit better. My suture and splint removal is next week, I'll update again after.
They reached out and I have had a few post op video calls with doctor. I am healing very well and I am very very pleased with my nose. I'm sad we have to wear masks all the time and I can't show it off! Ha ha! Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Shah. He did exactly what we discussed and it looks really nice and natural and I am able to breathe so much better now. I am looking forward to enjoying the "new" me! I went to see Dr. Shah about six months ago for a revision rhinoplasty. I can say that I'm soooo happy I did! I feel like myself again. My previous rhinoplasty was done in California and while it looked good for a few months, my nose didn't heal well and I started having a whole slew of breathing problems. A few years later, when I moved to Chicago with my husband, I decided to have my nose fixed. I did my research meeting with various doctors but Dr. Shah felt like the right direction I wanted to go. A friend recommended Dr. Shah for a hair transplant. Probably one of the best decisions I ever made. A year ago, I was pretty bummed about how I looked with my hair. I'm in my late 30s but my hair loss made me look like I was 50. And I hated the way I looked with my head shaved. I flew in from California to see Dr. Shah and his team and right off the bat I felt like I can trust this team with my hair. Procedure was pretty painless. I was napping most of the time. And that robot? Color me impressed. I've heard that doctors estimate a high number of grafts needed and the low number of usable grafts actually transplanted. From what I understand, hair follicles can be cut while extracting and that makes them unusable. With Dr. Shah, they estimated 800 grafts needed for the transplant and actually had 798 used. Only two follicles weren't usable! That's just amazing!
Anyway, a year later and a follow-up, I actually look and feel my age. This was such a boost to my confidence. Thank you Dr. Shah and his hair team!

More than 30 years of living with a surgery result that left me unhappy, only 6 weeks post surgery I have gotten many compliments from those who knew of my surgery but most importantly, people who did not know keep saying I look great without realizing why. I have never had a surgical procedure I thought about it for over a couple of years until finally my wife did some research on Plastic Surgeons and came across Dr. Shah's page. I came in for an appointment with very minimal confidence in changing my appearance do to $$$$ and down time, but Dr. Shah gave me the confidence I needed all along. Dr. Shah showed me a computer image of what would be my possible outcome and after all the nice talk at the end of the consultation, I expected to see a outrages price $$$$$$ that is all that ran thru my mind because the change was going to be so drastic in a positive way! Dr Shah took up on the very complex surgery of the nose reconstruction. I have been struggling with breathing for over a decade. 3 doctors I had seen before refused to help due to poor condition of my nose projecting surgery failure. (20 percent chances). From the moment I met Dr. Shah, I knew that he has been the physician I have been searching for. My nasal structure has always bothered me, but I would never felt comfortable having any physician change it - until I met with Dr. Shah. Dr. Shah performed an ARTAS Hair Transplant procedure on me and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! Before deciding on a physician, I took considerable time researching doctors and am thrilled that I did. Although the ARTAS robot does "some" of the work - the physician you choose to perform the procedure is critical to obtaining the best possible results. Dr. Shah is friendly, highly skilled, personable, and is second to none. If you are looking for a result driven courteous surgeon - look no further. His staff is an absolute delight, as well.
I love my hair again
I underwent a hair restoration procedure about 6 months ago with Dr. Shah. I've waited to review to give adequate time to judge the procedure and Dr. Shah. To make a long story short, it worked! I had about 1200 hairs transplanted with the Artas robotic transplant system and I feel like even at 6 months, It was worth it - the cost, the time, etc - I would do it again without hesitation. Part of Dr. Shah's method involved platelet-rich plasma injections at the transplant site, and my crown, which is also thinning out. This allowed better healing and slowing of dying follicles. The staff was excellent - Dr. Shah is one of a kind - he's not only extremely skilled, but he's down to earth, sensitive and approachable. I felt like he had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend Dr. Shah and the procedure itself.
My main concerns were excessive scarring at the donor site and the survival of transplanted hairs. The Artas Robotic transplant machine is a marvel - I took pictures of the pre-placed transplant sites to estimate follicle survival post-treatment and I honestly can't see any areas devoid of growing hair. I cut my hair at the donor site (in the back, above my neckline) down to a 2' clipper size and even if you try, you can't see any donor site scars. Anyone who is struggling as I did with hair loss - this procedure works. It is, in my opinion and after trying countless products, the only method worth your time. I don't have to wear hats anymore. I can look in the mirror and go outside with confidence. I love my hair again.

The staff is great. I believe this is the best doctor to visit in Chicago when looking for filler. He provides a very natural look but still gives you the contouring you need. Dr.Shah and his staff are very helpful and will do anything to accommodate patients. Appointments are super easy to book. You will never have to wait an extended amount of time.

Based on my experiences with Dr. Shah, I would describe him as a complete perfectionist. His eye is so particular that he will not compromise his vision to suit any whim. What I mean to say is that he does not perform procedures just to meet a quota, he actually considers what is best aesthetically and is quick to note if something would work or not. I do not mind waiting in his office because I know that he takes the time to do things right and when it's my turn, I know I can expect the same attention to detail. He approaches things the way an attorney would, looking at the facts and determining the proper course for a realistic outcome. I appreciate his practice and the staff are professional and friendly. I had breathing issues and was not happy with the appearance of my nose. I saw Dr. Anil Shah for a consult and felt comfortable right away with his chairside manner and the experience and courtesy of his staff. I was also impressed with all of his up to date technology he had in his office that showed me what he could achieve with my case. After surgery, I was amazed with how well I was able to breathe again thru my nose and loved the appearance also. Now I regularly have Botox and fillers on my face at Dr. Shah's office. I love that people think I'm 10 years younger than I actually am. He also has amazing products that have eliminated some brown spots I was getting on my face. I'm so happy that I found Dr. Shah and his amazing office and have referred many friends to him with similar wonderful results.

I have seen Dr.Shah and his wife. They are both amazing and I experienced very minimal pain and discomfort with injections. Now I realize who is injecting you is the most important. Most places use the same filler but very few have the skill of Dr.Shah. Also the staff is friendly and I really like that especially if I am going to frequent a place.

Came in to Dr. Shah's office to have a chin implant about a month ago. I was actually really surprised how quickly the procedure actually was. Honestly, I love this office. I get my work done by Ranen Atieh, and she is absolutely AMAZING!!! Very thorough with her work. Such an expert and knows exactly what my face needs. I go get my chemical peels every month. My entire body is hair-free now thanks to her amazing work with laser hair removal. Highly recommend you ask for her when youre there.

I origininally saw Dr. Shah three years ago when he administered Botox for my TMJ pain. I have since been back several times for different procedures and have been more and more impressed every time. I recently had surgery to straighten out my nasal septum and correct other imperfections. I could not be more happy with the results. I would recommend Dr. Shahs office to anyone looking for any type of cosmetic procedure, or even ENT type procedures as Dr. Shah is double board certified as an ENT and cosmetic surgeon (hard to come by!).

Saw Dr. Shah for the first time yesterday for jaw reduction botox to relieve TMJ pain. I was seen immediately at my appointment time and the whole office visit, including consultation and treatment, took 1 hour in total. After the injections were given, Dr. Shah even spent several minutes with me talking about stress management tips that can help with my TMJ pain which, I thought, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my treatment! I came to Dr.Shah for a rhinoplasty after deciding I wanted to fix my broken nose that resulted from a childhood accident. The consultation was very informative, he explained that I had a deviated septum and needed significant repairs to fix the functionality of my breathing, he also worked with me to create multiple images of my new nose so I could look them over and decide what I liked the most. After deciding to go ahead with the procedure, the surgery (for an open rhinoplasty, which is what we decided on) went great, the doctors, nurses, and surgery center were very accommodating and made me feel completely at ease. Most importantly, Dr.Shah was able to reform my nose into the image we created and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Getting this procedure done was something I had considered for years and I just wish I had found Dr. Shah sooner so i could have felt this sense of confidence way before now. Lastly, I have to say that after the procedure Dr.Shah's office took good care of me and scheduled regular check-ins to make sure the healing was progressing as expected, he even got me in immediately after someone accidentally bumped my nose during the healing process and made sure nothing was impacted. I would totally recommend him as your plastic surgeon if you are considering a rhinoplasty, I hold him in very high regards after this experience.

There are no words to express how much of a change the doctor and staff has had in my long journey of struggles with my low self-esteem. I was diagnosed with Graves last year and was utmost sadden by the way I looked due to the protrusion of my eyes. I wanted to deviate attention away from the protruded eyes by creating a bridge of the nose. Dr. Shah listened with compassion and made me feel at ease that I should not have to change my face, but rather enhance with minimal change to succumb to an outcome that far exceeded my expectations. I feared mostly the typical cookie cut look of many asian rhinoplasties. My nose looks very natural and most importantly I received my self-confidence back. Dr. Shah always takes an extra step to take care of not only what I came in for, but additional care for other scars that occurred from my complete thyroidectomy. Where do I begin? My search for my nose took me 3 years. I had a bump and never felt pretty. I tried glasses and makeup but I couldnt cover my nose. I stalked dr shah for 3 years and finally set up an appointment. He knew right away what I wanted and he told me about a special tool to smooth your bridge- no hammer. I had zero swelling no bruising and saw my nose same day. Love my nose and dr shah has changed my life.

I definitely recommend the erbium laser
I'm hooked! I'm 34 years old never really took good care of my face till about a year ago when I realized my pores have gotten huge over the years of wearing full face makeup. I did a erbium laser in March and seen dramatic results from just one in the texture and my skin definitely plumped up I was considering filler in my smile lines and under my eyes but the erbium took care of that, I was kinda shocked. I did the reve peel in May and that was so-so results I definitely recommend the erbium laser though and will be back in fall. The only thing I would do differently is not have waited so long to start the treatments. Joanna is a lifesaver!!

I would put off surgery for years, even though I could not breathe through my nose. Sleeping, eating, and exercising were all affected. Yes, he is the man with the plan for sure. I did it today and I'm so glad that I did because I almost backed out. I already love the results on the first night post opp. I know it'll be fully healed up to 1 year but wow he is awesome at what he does with the nose and I had a complex case. Have no fear Dr Anil shah is here lol. I'm so serious as a heart attack the man is great at what he does and is fairly priced compared to the outrageous prices I've seen at other facilities. In my humble opinion his work is so good that he should charge more than what he does. He's such a nice guy he probably makes it affordable for people on purpose. Every day I look in the mirror I can’t help but agree
Prior to having my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Shah, I had a primary rhinoplasty performed by another Chicago surgeon. And like so many others, I became victim of a botched rhinoplasty. While I was tempted to rush out and get a revision surgery, I made a vow to myself that I would not go under the knife again unless I was 100% confident in the surgeons abilities It wasnt until 7 years after of my 1st rhinoplasty, and after doing a tremendous amount of research, I chose Dr. Shah to perform my revision rhinoplasty.
As I write this review, I am 8 months out of my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Shah, and absolutely LOVE my nose!! Not only did Dr. Shah manage to correct the complications I suffered from my first rhinoplasty (I had a classic Pollybeak deformity) but Dr. Shah also improved my breathing. My new nose looks natural and perfectly fits my features, so I still look like mejust new and improved and with a much cuter nose. :-) Dr. Shah is a not just brilliant surgeon, but a gifted artist, which is a very rare combination. In fact, my boyfriend George now refers to him as the Michelangelo of Rhinoplasty. Every day I look in the mirror I cant help but agree.

I broke my nose over a decade ago and he not only fix it structurally, but it functions better than ever and looks perfect! Since then I have discovered his other talents and I fly in once a year from NYC to get filler, Botox, and laser resurfacing. No one ever knows I have any work done (unless I tell them) because his technique is immaculate. If you want the best & your in NYC fly out to Chicago to see Dr. Shah so your face doesnt look pulled and scary like Ive seen way too many times in NYCs UES . I have had thinning hair which has gotten progressively worse over the past ten years. I finally went to Dr. Shah's office about 12 weeks ago. After 2 PRP treatments, I have noticed a big improvement. My part does not show as much scalp and my hair feels thicker. I travel from NYC to Dr. Shah he is that good. What most people do not understand is that for cosmetic work not only do you want a medical technician, (which he's, when I lived in Chicago I researched over 300 facial reconstruction surgeons before I selected Dr. Shah while I was saving for over 1 year. I selected him after interviews with two other top surgeons and many discussions with a friend about which Dr. would be the best for me. ), you also want someone who cares about how your face will function afterwards, and if you're going for just a look improvement you need to have an artist as well, this is a rare combination indeed. Dr. Shah embodies all these things, he is a medical technician who specializes from the neck up, to add he is more thorough than my ENT as he is an Otolaryngologists to boot!
Why all my research and a year of studying and saving... well I was a ballet dancer/Musical Theatre performer at the time and during the day a Pilates Instructor; so I was not rolling in cash. I needed someone who would not mess up my singing voice from repairing my collapsed septum after severely breaking my nose from a major collision. I had high expectations and to be honest after the first procedure they were not visually met...so why 6 stars...because when I asked him why my nose was not perfect the way I wanted it he was very honest, the damage to my septum was so great that I was under for quite a while just for the repair by the time he got to the esthetic reconstruction he had a choice a quick fix with a stint like DR. Byun had suggested or focusing on making sure it looked good and would function even better than before. But he said give it a year see how it heals and if you are not 100% satisfied with the look that he would take care of me. He did, 2 years later, after all swelling went down I still felt that my nose was not as it was before the break, by now I had moved to NYC and opened a Pilates studio. I was making more money and I had landed a Summer show in part thanks to him as my vocal range had increased after the surgery! So I went to see him as to my surprise after the surgery he only charge me for the surgical room fees! He kept his promise to make good on his commitment to my complete satisfaction. I love the way my nose looks now! The best part is no one can tell I have had work done,and though it is a huge improvement it looks like it has always belonged to me. I now go for botox and laser resurfacing and he also checks on the health of my nose. When people in NYC get work done they looked pulled and after botox one eyebrow is always higher than the other. But for me I go to him and people just can't believe how youthful and refreshed I look.
If you want before and after photos just ask you will be amazed all my Facebook friends are. And most importantly my nose functions better and I can now sleep because I can breathe. Thank you DR. Shah!

If you are having any skin problems due to hyperpigmentation or acne, I highly recommend that you schedule an appointment with Joanna, one of the estheticians in the office. Joanna performed a PCA chemical peel on my skin and it has really made a huge difference in my skin's appearance. The chemical peel eliminated of some of my hyperpigmentation and reduced the appearance of most of my acne scars. Following the PCA chemical peel my skin is radiant, and I have received numerous compliments!

Some quick background: Prior to my revision rhino/septoplasty with Dr. Anil Shah approximately 1 year ago, I had been modeling on a very infrequent level and got booked for only about a photoshoot a month, largely due to the huge amount of time I had to dedicate to contouring my nose before photoshoots and because I couldn't ever take shoots where I'd have to come in with a fresh face (no makeup). Today, Ive been chosen to represent major brands (including from Microsoft and Mercedes-Benz) and average about 3-4 shoots/week, if not more. People have even compared my nose to that of the Miss Venezuela Miss Universe 2017 contestant and you can see in the photos the resemblance is definitely there! Needless to say, I'm absolutely thrilled with the results and if I had the choice to go back in time, I'd do it again in a heartbeat with the same amazing team, only sooner! When I started modeling about 3 years ago, I was unsure of if I could ever really turn it into a career because my features just didn't fit me without makeup, but I enjoyed modeling so much that I decided to at least look for a doctor with a proven track record for producing results in revision rhino/septoplasty with the highest care taken for both functionality and aesthetics. Not only would s/he have to open up my airways, but for the surgery to be worth it, I'd also need to have my nose slimmed and my very bulbous tip refined. At first, after contacting about 15 or so doctors, I thought it was impossible to find a physician that was skilled enough to craft a beautiful nose while still correcting the breathing difficulties that persisted after my first surgery ~12 years ago to fix a deviated septum. Finally, after researching RealSelf reviews and photos for about a year and a half (!!) I stumbled upon Dr. Shah's amazing results at equally amazing price points. I was excited to take the surgery decision seriously, but the only thing was--he is located 4.5 hours away from me (a totally different state) so I was worried I'd have to keep looking because the entire trip would take about 9 hours just driving time. Luckily, Dr. Shah holds all his patients' satisfaction and comfort at highest regard, and his team promptly set up a remote Skype appointment with me, where he could tell me his initial thoughts on what could be done. After that first virtual appointment, I was ready to make the 4.5 hour drive into the office for an in-person consultation and was ecstatic to find out my seemingly impossible goal was an actually possibility at an unbelievable value (definitely the most affordable of all the doctors I had talked to). Maybe the best thing about Dr. Shah is he is never in it for the money. In fact, he gave me several options, one of which was to do nothing. After seeing the virtual predicted results, I was absolutely certain I wanted to get the surgery, but was so appreciative that he didnt try to pressure me into anything. The whole staff was so supportive of me and always kept a completely clear and open line of communication with me be it face-to-face, email, or via phone. Leading up to the surgery, they gave me all the information I needed to have the perfect pre-surgery prep and an amazing recovery, and the surgery and recovery went so smoothly I almost couldnt believe it. For follow-up appointments, he and his team worked with me to do virtual appointments and if I had to come in, they were very accommodating of my time and drive. Whats amazing too is that even when I have to make multiple facial expressions, my nose looks perfect in every shot and never loses the integrity of its shape or its feminine profile. Now looking back at everything, I am 100% certain I found the dream team! Needless to say, I decided to move on with the surgery and it remains one of the best decisions I've ever made for my career and relationships (my makeup routine has been slashed from a few hours to mere minutes and most days I dont wear makeup at all). I couldn't be more grateful for the time and confidence Dr. Shah and his team have given me back. His expertise in acheving the perfect aesthetic and experience in challenging cases coupled with his incredibly reasonable rates (trust me, I shopped around for 2 years so I know!!) have made him now my go-to physician for all things from skin care to filler, even with the 4+ hour drive both ways. Even when other models have talked about getting procedures done, theres only one team I recommendDr. Shah and his team!
